Step 1: Initial Consultation and Discovery Session
We begin with a warm, complimentary 30-minute phone consultation with our dedicated Placement Coordinators. After receiving your registration form, we will schedule this discovery session to understand your family's unique needs and expectations. Following this call, we’ll email you our comprehensive Family Application. Once completed, our matchmaking process begins, tailored to finding your perfect nanny.
Step 2: Personalized Job Listing and Candidate Sourcing
With a thorough understanding of your requirements, we craft a personalized job listing that reflects your family's needs. Our team diligently sources, screens, and vets candidates to find those who best match your criteria. We present you with a curated list of top candidate profiles and assist in coordinating interviews, ensuring our pre-screened, professional candidates meet your expectations.
Step 3: Interview Coordination
and Trial Period
We coordinate interviews through video calls, in-home meetings, or at neutral locations, making the process convenient and comfortable. To ensure the best fit, we recommend a trial period, ranging from a brief meet-and-greet to a full working week. There is no agency fee for this trial period, but you will need to compensate the nanny for their time.
Step 4: Offer Creation and Work Agreement
After identifying your ideal candidate, we guide you through creating a customized work agreement. This document will detail the schedule, compensation, responsibilities, and benefits, ensuring that all parties review and understand the agreement. This step sets the foundation for a successful and harmonious relationship.
Step 5: Formal Hiring Process
Once you've finalized your choice, it’s time to formalize the hire. We assist in drafting a formal job offer and ensure all logistical details are covered in the Nanny-Family Employment Agreement. A one-time placement fee is due at this stage, marking the beginning of your partnership with your chosen nanny.
Step 6: Ongoing Support and Evaluations
Our commitment to you extends beyond the hiring process. We offer ongoing support and evaluations to ensure both your family and nanny thrive. With our 120-day guarantee, if the fit isn’t right, we restart the search process at no extra cost, aiming to foster a harmonious working relationship.
